To add course resource links, follow the below steps:

1. Turn on Edit Mode:

2. Navigate to the section where you want to add the resource, and at the bottom, click on the "Add an activity or resource" link.

3. From the list of options, select "URL" and click on it.

4. Enter the name of the link in the "Name" field.

5. Paste the URL you want to link to in the "External URL" field.

6. Add a description if desired and check the "Display description on course page" box if you want the description to be visible.

7. Configure any additional settings under the "Appearance," "Common module settings," and "Restrict access" sections as needed.

8. Click the "Save and return to course" button to add the link to your course page.

Your new resource link will now appear in the selected section of your course.
